Financial Planning for Content Creators

You’ve built something great. Now let’s help you manage it with confidence.

This service is part of our Control stage – for creators earning meaningful income who want structure and better day-to-day decisions.

If your business is growing but your money feels harder to manage, you’re in the right place.

What "Control" Actually Means

At this stage, most creators don’t need complex strategies or advanced investing.

You need answers to questions like:

  • How much can I actually spend without stress?
  • How much should I be setting aside for taxes?
  • What should I do with extra cash when income spikes?
  • Am I making decisions that will benefit me later?

Control is about managing today’s money well, so future decisions get easier.

What Financial Planning Looks Like in the Control Stage

In Control, financial planning is practical and grounded.

We focus on helping you make better decisions right now, not building a perfect long-term plan on shaky ground.

This typically includes help with:

Knowing how much to set aside for taxes (and when)

Deciding what to do with extra cash

Creating simple systems for spending and saving

Avoiding common mistakes as income grows

Targeting today’s choices work towards tomorrow’s goals

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a clear next step.

How much does financial planning cost?

Control pricing is based on the complexity of your income and decisions, and replaces basic bookkeeping.

Starting at $800 / month.

We agree to an annual fee at the beginning of our work together. You pay it monthly.

We’ll confirm whether Control makes sense for you during the Final Cut process.

How We Decide If Control Is The Right Fit

Every prospective client goes through our Final Cut process, which helps determine:

  • What you actually need right now
  • What can wait
  • Which stage fits your situation best

If Control isn’t the right step, we’ll tell you and point you in the right direction.
